She is a researcher at CSG-ISEG (Centro de Investigação em Ciências Sociais e Gestão) and at CiiEM (Centro Investigação Interdisciplinar Egas Moniz). Since 2019, she is also a statistics technician at Pordata- Base de Dados Portugal Contemporâneo da Fundação Francisco Manuel dos Santos. Develops research in the area of sociology of health.
